Matthew Herman is a top performing business-to-business sales professional with extensive experience growing and retaining millions of dollars in company revenue. Matthew’s success is largely based upon building strategic partnerships with all of his clients through loyalty and trust.

Throughout Matthew’s telecom career, he has had various sales responsibilities, including experience in a call center environment, small business segment, middle market segment, and after only eight years in the business, was promoted to strategic enterprise. There he began managing Fortune 500 business clients and many of the most esteemed universities in New York State.

Matthew has not only done business in every region of the United States, but he has also managed international clients around the world.

Matthew started in business sales as a 17-year-old high school student, selling office furniture to small businesses. In less than 10 years, he worked his way up the corporate ladder and began managing some of the most strategic client accounts for a national telecommunications company. Matthew‘s record of success has been based on having a game plan that enables him to build strong client partnerships that lead to more sales. He shares this game plan in his first book, The Game of Business–to-Business Sales: How to Execute a Winning Game Plan.

Entrepreneur:
Matt founded Matthew James Media Company, LLC in August 2012. The company aims to be a premiere provider in publishing, sales training, sales recruiting, digital publications, web apps, and resources.

Philanthropist:  
Matthew Herman created the American Care Network with the primary goal of strengthening local communities by connecting caring people to not-for-profit organizations through volunteering opportunities. The American Care Network also creates an environment that allows not-for-profit agencies the opportunity to market their organization at no cost, and to spread awareness about their cause.

Matthew Herman is also a devoted husband and father of four amazing children – two boys and twin girls. He currently resides in Rochester, NY.
